Lil Admin is a little Kick and Ban Script.
With Escinput you can make your own kick and ban Reasons/ Ban Time
The Addon can save the Bans in a own DB.
Also it create a ban log:

Installation
Copy the Folder addons in your cstrike Folder
Edit the liladmin.py
Write es_load liladmin in your autoexec.cfg
Restart your Server
