Made the script for Kroko - But anyone can use it
Script makes files get downloaded, so you don't have to do that yourself..
1.0 - ess
1.1 - esp
1.2 - Jail Admins haven't skin anymore..
1.3 - I had an typo in "downloadable" so one of the models didn't got downloaded. I use stringable now instead of "es.server.cmd downloadable". Also I don't use es.server.cmd for echo, I use dbgmsg. I lowercased all the model/materials files. Read somewhere that it would be good to lowercase them.
Installation
extract to cstrike folder, and then put es_load jail_skins in autoexec.cfg
