You can give another player fantastic effects, like speed, jetpack, blackhole, rocket etc.

Installation
Unpack it.
Go to eventscripts folder and copy the fms folder into it.
go to cfg folder and open autoexec.
Write: "es_load fms" into it ( without "" )
Open my Script.
Add in fms_admins your SteamID and Your Friends SteamID who will have FMS Menu.
