Allows all users to create props that the admin specifies at any part of the map.
Commands:
console/say
ep_showmenu/showmenu - Display menu of all entities
ep_makeprop/makeprop - Make a prop below the user using the same angles and model as the user.
Installation
Place es_einsprops.txt and es_ep_props_db.txt in cstrike/addons/eventscripts/einsprops
Edit es_ep_props_db.txt to have all the models you want users to use.
Place es_load einsprops in your server.cfg.
Restart the server
