This is the menu for the Health Averaging system. Not much to it, no sub-menus. Just a quick configuration menu for the system.
After making a menu selection, it lets everyone know what the new setting is.
Make Default - Edit - Delete
When attacking someone on a team who's health is being averaged, you will be able to see that team's current health. Only the attacker sees this, not the complete attacker's team.
