When the ardenaline rush wears out, it lets the player know and the screen fades back to normal color.

There are a few other options that can be set such as default player speed, and the time for the kill window (the time that two or three kills must be within to acheive adrenaline).

Another submenu allows you to set the amount of redness for the two separate stages of adrenaline rush. set it to zero for no redness, or all the way up to 255 for complete red screen (not advised, unless you want the person to not be able to see anything).
