Version Notes: 1. Changes:
- Added configuration variables for all Skills
- Added possibility to open popups with different chat commands (!rpg, rpg, rpgmenu, ...)
- Added maximum notification, when a player skills the maximum level of a Skill
- Added new Skills: Armor, Speed, Parachute (needs SPE), Teleport, Damage
- Fixed bug that did not add players that were already online when loading the script
- Fixed Stunnade bug (flashbang still flashes if players haven't skilled Stunnade)
- Fixed errors that appeared when a player spawned for the first time
- Fixed bug in rank display (name was shown as base64 string)
- Updated language file (added Latvian, completed Danish and Hungarian)

- Poisonnade is deactivated by default
- Added configuration variable to avoid the plugin to get listed on the Meow RPG homepage
- Added configuration variable to change the amount of XP gained by hurting/killing bots
