!replay now also uses !music_play
Cleaned up the Radio list. I had 15 radio stations, but only 3 of them worked.

Added a new argument to !music_play "blank", it simply stops song.
!stop is using that command now.
This also means that we can use "es_cexec(all)" in some cases where we had to use "foreach player" before
"Lady on connect" also uses the !music_play-command
!nowplaying didn't get set on force-all. Fixed now. This might seem like an easy fix, but at moments it seemed easier to kill myself...
Shakira had made a song called "lo hecho esta hecho", which I accidentally called "Lo Hes_xlog Esta Hes_xlog"
!musicjoin used "foreach player es_xdoblock" to list the player. Which caused it to list the same player X times (x = playerrs on server)
It now uses
Now check for players playervar on spawn, this [b]SHOULD[b\] fix an error where you'd be spammed with:
"playervar exists : The specificed player does not exist : 0 Syntax : Playervar

Added option to disable that lady talking in the start. She will be disabled by default.
Added a new command (in console): !music_play, it will basically play any song from JukeBoxAlive depending on the argument.
Like this: "!music_play 2321589"
Will make you go to http://www.jukeboxalive.com/player/player.php?sid=2321589&method=play
Which will play "BassHunter - I Can Walk On Water I Can Fly"
The forcement won't crash clients anymore. As it's using the "!music_play"-command.
Fixed !replay not playing the last song, but the 2nd last song.
Fixed !nowplaying not showing the lsat song, but the 2nd last song - Same problem as !replay.
An option to only let dead people use !music (Idea by TheDonFather for JailBreak), but as said, it will be an option, and will be by default turned off.
