Version Notes: Major Update to include controlling voice command spam.
Clients can now not re-use a command within 1 second without getting a message telling them to stop spamming the server.
Each time they use a voice command it is counted and admins can set a limit (either per round or per map).
When a client goes other this limit, all voice commands are disabled if admins choose to permanantly ban this client, their name is also added to the mute list. Download this version
